Change Role and Logout must check for unsaved records on open windows

Description

The links (buttons) for "Change Role" and "Logout" are not checking for unsaved records on open windows.

It would be a nice feature to have this.

Also if possible check when closing the browser (or browser tab) - some sites notify the user with "Are you sure you want to leave?" message when closing. In iDempiere we could check for that except on login window.

Carlos, the sequence of the message on the migration script must have official ID, and the entity type must be Dictionary.
