Implement Selenium testing framework

Description

iDempiere has correct working implementation of Selenium testing where IDGenerator works in concert with testing script format.
I have migrated it over to 361 and documented it here http://red1.org/adempiere/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1424. Patch for 361 attached. Testing code (more in progress) is at http://adempiere.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/adempiere/branches/seleniumHS/
I will produce a complete technical guide in coming days. Will also try to port to Jenkins CI.
