Can't initialize tab if a field is based on a IsSecure column and has a "Logic" on it

To reproduce:

set IsSecure = Y to AD_ToolBarButton.AD_ToolBarButton_ID And then, good luck to display the Window>Tab>Toolbar tab

DefaultEvaluatee returns **** if the field is secure and it's impossible to test the condition.
