active a asset without Activation Date

Description

  1. Create a new asset (Product: ASSET-Computers_Computers).

  2. Create a new asset addition with Source Type = Manual and Create Asset set to true when do save

  3. Create more new asset addition with Source Type = Manual and Create Asset set to false. complete it
    As a result, the asset moves to "Active" but does not have an Activation Date set (nor an In Service Date).

  4. From this point, there is no way to set the Activation Date. in case we complete asset addition created at step 2, the following error occurs

solution
Add a verification to prevent completing an addition with Create Asset = False when the asset is in "New" status.
