Charts not honoring Display Legend flag

Description

Charts don’t seem to be honoring the Display Legend flag when it is unchecked. This feature seems to be broken after was implemented.

This behavior renders some of our charts unreadable where there are many categories/labels, as all these labels don’t fit on screen while the charts are not maximized.

The issue might be here , will try to come up with a fix tomorrow.

This was the previous behavior with JFree. Labels coming from the series column were hidden if the Display Legend flag was unchecked.
