Fix calculated values for script columns in print formats

Description

When creating Script columns on Print Formats we have 2 small issues:

1 - We can define a script column as calculated in the Report Wizard, but not in the Print Format Window.

 

2 - For SQL script columns, the calculated amounts are correct, but for not SQL script columns, the values are calculated incorrectly
