Steps to reproduce

Add a new parameter on any info window

• Query Criteria = 'Y'

• Query After Change = 'Y'

• Query Operator = '='

• Range = 'Y'

Now open it.

If you change the 'from' value, the grid is refreshed.
But if you change the 'to' value, grid is not refreshed, you have to click on the Refresh button.
