WebService module: xmlbeans upgrade

Description

The org.idempiere.webservices module is using a version of xmlbeans and corresponding cxf-xmlbeans bindings that’s not being maintained any more.

Possible upgrade path:

  • Build cxf-xmlbeans binding for the current maintained version of xmlbeans.

  • Remove the use of xmlbeans binding.
