Cross Tenant Workflow Node cause - Cross tenant PO issue

Description

steps to reproduce
1. login to system - create new tenant - let say tenant X
2. login to tenant X open workflow window open = Process_Order
3. Extend Process_Order by a Add new node (any dummy node)
4. login to GardenWorld open Sales Order, create new one, Docaction= Complete
5. Error message: Cross tenant PO reading request detected from session 1000031 for table AD_WF_Node Record_ID=1000000
