Product dimension should be posted on commitment posting on purchase order

Description

To allow trekking commitment posting per product, commitment posting should be per line instead of aggregating per document.

I tested this and I'm adding a suggested patch here IDEMPIERE-4570_v0.patch

However, after thinking further I think this is done that way by design.

The control per product is done with the account 51200, and the account 952 is intended to keep the matching by amounts.
The patch changes the behavior of the 952 account to be per line, but maybe that's not desired in some cases.

If still wanted to implement this I would suggest to enable it with a SysConfig.
