Process layout in some processes - OK button cannot be reached in mobile and small screens
Description
Two issues with process layout in mobile portrait:
1 - When there are many parameters the OK button is not accessible, example Statement of Accounts and Trial Balance See screenshot:
2 - When the help text is too long, there is no way to read the complete text as is not scrollable, example Migrate Storage Provider See screenshot:

Adding my comments here.
The issue is not only on mobile, I tested the Initial client setup process on a 13'' screen (not mobile), and on the desktop version the buttons are also hidden.
At full resolution, the buttons can be seen but only partially:

+ 1 idea the principle was suggested in 2015 here https://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-2581 In the context of mobile device applicable easily with small HTML trick. This code was really tweaked, with small luck can be used quickly.
We are really busy with customer project accidentally no time but would be really important to move this way in the future.

In my opinion, saved parameters must follow mobile UX principles.
Specific Parameters => move to detail layout for allow select print format language etc. (rarely used)
