The purpose of this issue collect all use cases where Alt-x is not implemented. I assume must all tabs closing must be consistent.

Open a window - sales order record - press Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: PASS
Open a window - bpartner - high volume open find window - press Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: FALL
Open a process - print dunning letters - do not run just close - Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: PASS
Open a report - open order - do not run just close - Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: PASS
Open a report - open order - run - viewer opened - press Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: PASS
Open a window - cache reset - press Alt+x - close tab properly RESULT: PASS
