The purpose of this ticket implement multi-dashboard.
Idea: one user or role should have a default and alternative dashboards and share between roles and tenants

goals

• add new table c_dashboard and window dashboard, tab Preferences

• add PA_DashboardPreference FK to c_dashboard_id

• add field to ad_role allow define predefined dashboard eg. wms performance

• commit dashboard related java classes

• popup for adding dashboard preference "dashlets/gadgets" to dashboard.
