Hide Fields and Other Things That are Not Used or Do Not Work

Description

In order to help with usability of the whole system we want to hide fields, tabs, or even windows where things are underdeveloped or not working.

First step is to create a list of those things to validate, second step after validated is to create migration scripts to hide them.

Process Payroll workflow
Workflow -> Start Mode Finish Mode / workflow simulation fields

Import File Loader -> Hide Payroll Movement

Import Loader Format => Script Field

- Thank you! The only one that stands out to me is M_CostElement.IsCalculated. All calculated values (average for example) have this flag set to Y - at least in concept- correct? Also, any CostElement that is not ‘calculated’ should have the option to have multiple records with different Cost Element Types (standard costing for example).

I am not saying we should remove this field from this ticket; however is seems like there might be some value in keeping this field to help support the above logic.

The 2Pack options “Code Snippet” and “File - Code or other” are not working, and is misleading for users.
