Note and attachment from scheduler created in wrong client

Description

When creating a note/attachment from a scheduler, is being created with the client of the alert processor, instead of the client of the alert.

This leads to data corruption, as for example we end having notes from user GardenAdmin in client System (wrong cross-tenant records).
