Implement Image Storage Provider (1006528) (FHCA-1165)

Description

Actually Attachments and Archives have a mechanism to be implemented out of the database via Storage Provider, but the AD_Image table still is saving the image on the database.

This ticket is to implement similar Store approach for Images.
