Follow up for IDEMPIERE-3742 Wrong product cost for partial MR

Description

The fix for failed with the following configuration:

  • Accounting Schema Costing Method is Standard Costing

  • Product's product category costing method is Average Costing

In other words, the fix committed for doesn't work when the effective costing method of a product is Avearge Costing and is different from the Accounting Schema's Costing Method.
