Add "Relative Period To" field on Financial report column set to specify range relatively

, I would suggest to add a new feature documentation page for the management of Relative Period, and a second new feature for the add of @Period@ notation on the column name, that's a nice feature too and is easily unnoticed.

Once migration script applied, You will notice Relative Period To column on Report Column Set-> Report Column.

in Period To, 0 is treated as selected period. If do not want to use period To then clear value which set null value on this column.

Period Type and Relative Period To Behavior

1. If Period Type=Period then start date of from period to last date of Period To is used.

2. If Period Type=Year then first date of start period year to last date of Period To is used

3. Period Type=Total used and period To id not null then till Period To's end date is added in total

4. When Period Type=Natural. If Period To specified, then for revenue and expense type of column reports natural total balance from starting of year of relative period and last date of Relative period To.
   For balance sheet account, it produce total till last date of Period To
