Several improvements have been considered to scheduler:

• Allow just a restricted set of frequencies on scheduler (we would like users to choose from a predefined set of schedulers, instead of allowing configuring anything, reasoning: a user creating a scheduler for a report each minute can overload the server)

• Define IP Address where the scheduler can run (this is a must for load balancer scenario as we can have several servers up, but we just want some running schedulers and the rest acting just as web servers)

• Reload DB setting (like scheduler) held in server cache - (in server monitor page). This is trying to avoid a server restart when we add schedulers or other things that affect server.
