OrderPOCreate creates order lines for delivered lines

Description

Create PO from Sales Order is a very useful process.

If a sales order is partly delivered it is sometimes useful to create a purchase order for the rest. Doing that with current functionality creates a full purchase order instead of only the items that are not yet delivered to the customer.

I suggest a small change in the code to correct this.

, reading the help of the process I think that's intentional:
http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Generate_PO_from_Sales_Order_(Process_ID-193)
"After completing sales orders, you can create one or more purchase orders for each sales order."

The use case is like having a Template SO and generating always the same PO.

I think your patch is useful but better to create a new parameter for the process to indicate if the PO is just for undelivered quantities.
