Payment Allocation is not working correctly in zk for multi-currency.

This is caused because the date field inherits the time portion of the context variable #Date - the error is hidden in GardenWorld because there are conversion rates in GW and System that covers many years.
But inactivating the currency rates and setting a rate for a specific date the error becomes notorious.
