Test Case
1. Login as Garden Admin
2. Go to role menu (System Admin/General Rules/Security)
3. Select Garden User
3. Go to tab Document Action Access
4. Uncheck Active in this record
Document Type = POS Order
Reference List = Close
5. Logout
6. Login as Garden User
7. Create a Sales order with POS Order Document Type
8. Complete the document
9. Close the document (must not allow closing)
