Easy Import allows to import any BP Location regardless of the BP master record

Description

A bug was found when importing a csv file for a specific BP. A csv file for a specific BP was imported, but was allowed to import to a different BP.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any BP
Import csv file, for instance a location file, for a different BP ID
New file will import to the BP ID that the user is currently in.
