make charges in "charges" and in "Generate Charges" is difference

Description

In "Generate Charges", account to make charges is limit to revenue or expense (not is summary account)
but in Charges window i cant make any account for charges.
fix: make "Generate Charges" same charges.

Closing as Potential Idea.

As mentions maybe is easier to implement this as an info window.

However the generate charges lacks a lot about usability, it does two different things, allows to create a new charge (which doesn't have big value as is the same as creating it in the charge window) - and creating charges from accounts.

IMHO the second is the only adding value and it's a lot easier to implement it in an Info Window over the account elements with user filters and also avoid showing charges that are already created.

I make new pack. please help me review code to I can make pending code more good

in new pack i do:
+ replace old "Generate Charges" by use infoWindow. because search column is easy config
+ show dialog for link of new charge, error for record make unsuccess
+ uncheck record make charge success. remain record make unsuccess

pending work
+ in old window "Generate Charges", can make new account also make new charge for new account.
+ show mask when show dialog (finish when make this function to util).
