Implement AD_Role.IsShowChangeLog (separate from PreferenceType)

Description

At this moment showing change log is based on the preference type field, just the preference type Client can view change log (look WFieldRecordInfo, FieldRecordInfo, WRecordInfo and RecordInfo dynInit)

This would be better implemented as a separate option, like AD_Role.IsShowChangeLog
