Performance: Remove the use of zk event thread

Also, this is needed for future clustering support ( http://books.zkoss.org/wiki/ZK%20Developer's%20Reference/Clustering/ZK%20Configuration#Configuration_Not_Allowed )

Task:
1) Remove the use of modal dialog. Add support to simulate modal behaviour
2) Fix FileUpload usage
