Own inventory is checked when creating drop shipment orders
Description
A drop shipment sales order is created when all goods is sent directly to the customer from the vendor without going in and out of own warehouse(s).
When a sales order marked as "drop shipment" and lines are created, iDempiere still checks the inventory count in the mandatory selected warehouse and issues a warning if there's not enough in the inventory.
This is unnessary and not logical considering what the drop shipment is. The warning message is "Insufficient Inventory Available"

triaged as not reproducible. Beside the selected warehouse when using dropshipment shouldn’t be a normal warehouse but one that is assigned as warehouse for dropshipment in the organisation info even if not using this warehouse there is no warning when selecting drop shipment.
