xls export doesnt handle sysconfig values - for footer impl. #2283

Description

how o reproduce:
setup custom values for the next sysconfig values, then print report to xls. xls will include old values (ignore sysconfig)

STANDARD_REPORT_FOOTER_TRADEMARK_TEXT
ZK_FOOTER_SERVER_DATETIME_FORMAT
