Reports exported to Excel don't use ZK_FOOTER_SERVER_

Description

ZK_FOOTER_SERVER_MSG and ZK_FOOTER_SERVER_DATETIME_FORMAT were created in order to customize what should be printed in the footers.
They are use everywhere but on reports exported on Excel

Hi , I committed your patch with a change, instead of Env.parseVariable I called Msg.parseTranslation - this is to make it compatible with the PDF way - so you can use message codes in the sysconfig additional to context variables.

In my tests I noticed that libreoffice cannot render those footers (maybe a bug of libreoffice, or a bug from apache POI). Wondering if it would be better to change the xls exporter to xlsx exporter, I was reading here:

Seems like migrating the code to use the POI-XSSF instead of POI-HSSF.
That will probably solve also the ticket

I agree, xslx is the standard so we should move forward.
