I also found context help (the right bar) on idempiere webui main page is not really helpful. can we use the sysconfig to remove it?
No, I think a better idea would be to redact a good text for the “Getting Started” context help, something like explaining the common things on the Home page (maybe we can try to redact this text within the marketing or documentation meeting).
The text can explain (or provide links to where this is explained) how to use:
Activities dashboard
Favourites
Recent Items
Views
Running Jobs
About button
Menu/Search box
Menu button
Feedback, Preference, Change Role, Logout
NOTE ASIDE: I remember there was another idea to create AD_CtxHelp
records for every window/process/form/etc on the dictionary and assign it - without the message, this is to avoid that every implementor needs to create those records and potentially collide in future because of IDs, it would be needed just to create messages on implementations.

Also, it is important to note that you can change a lot of things (hide left bar, right bar, etc) using your own custom theme. AFAIK, most implementer uses their own theme in production.

OOT, I also found context help (the right bar) on idempiere webui main page is not really helpful. can we use the sysconfig to remove it? I’ll open another ticket for that.
any advice?
currently, the login page is separated by 2 contents. the left section to show idempiere logo, login info, etc. and the main section for login form.
I want to improve the login page to be cleaner and modern. i move the left section to popup window.
