Date Picker doesn't set time on first date in Quick Mode

Description

Currently we can not set time in the date picker, it automatically sets time to 00:00:00 and 23:59:59 on date_from and date_to.

Issue:

When selecting the date range in quick mode, the time on date from is not set to 00:00:00, the current time is set instead. This can cause data inconsistency.

Steps to reproduce:

  • log in to Garden World and open e.g. Order Detail report

  • open date picker, set to current month, press apply and run the report

  • then press ReRun or open Order Detail in new tab

  • open date picker, go to Quick mode, set to June (or the equivalent of current month), press apply and run the report

  • go to process audit and check the time inconsistency between the dates:
