Help on Role Panel selection page

@carlosruiz I just looked at the second page after Login, to find the "Help" there to look at its documentation.
I was astonished that there is no ? or Help on that page. Is this deliberate and with purpose, or can that be improved?

I might be able to search the AD to find the documentation for the page but if you can ea. If possible a Help button or similar would be great.
