Chat window broken

Currently the chat window is not working since the Add button cannot add any message to the chat.

Created two complimentary pull requests:

PR 936 for branch saulojg/IDEMPIERE-5005 where the reported issue gets fixed.
PR 935 for branch saulojg/IDEMPIERE-5005-alt where the confirm panel gets removed entirely as it serves no other purpose than closing the window. The ESC shortcut for closing the window remains in place.
