Caching data can generate problem

Description

Steps to reproduce (tested on 361) :
Make sure that application server is running.

Log in swing mode with Admin role and close a period.
Now try to complete an invoice on a date for this period. Impossible : Period Closed.

Then do the same in webUI mode : the invoice could be completed !

Should we remove use of cache ? Or force a cache reset after some important action (such as closing or opening periods) ?
