Add Event Before Parse Status Line

Adding an event BEFORE_PARSE_STATUS_LINE in MStatusLine.parseLine adds a lot of flexibility to the Quick Info boxes, as we can inject context variables with complex java calculations (not just SQL) based on the fields in the window.
