I am using WTimeEditor at my custom window.

So, I found that WTimeEditor display time picker button when read only.

How to Reproduce(For Example Sales Order Doc):

1.Please change reference from Date to Time at DatePromised column in C_Order table.(ref:image1.png)

2.Please create Sales order that document type is Standard Order for display DatePromised field.(ref:image2.png)

3.Please complete the Sales order after register sales order line.

4.Please check DatePromised field.(ref:image3.png)

WTimeEditor display time picker button when read only.
And We can manipulate time picker, but We can not update time.

I think this is not big problem because We can not update time,
But I think better that WTimeEditor do not display time picker button when read only.

I confirmed to reproduce at https://test.idempiere.org too.
