Plugin Manager improvement

Some improvements :

  • filter on name

  • install button from an uploaded file (as felix) or from an http URL.

Adding another improvement:

  • Bring back the count of plugins - when this dialog was on the About the number of plugins was shown on the tab, now is not visible, would be good to add back this number, maybe a status line showing the number of plugins filtered / number of total plugins, something like, if I filter by jasper would show 8/325 (8 plugins filtered with jasper name, 325 plugins in total in the system)
