ServerPush Adjustments

Description

  1. Change Role: ServerPush should be turn off before going to the Change Role page.

  2. AtmosphereServerPush - Adapt the websocketserverpush code that uses onPiggyBack for processing of scheduled events. Simpler and more reliable.

  3. Make AtmosphereServerPush the default again - there's report of slow login when using WebSocketServerPush and we can't identify the root cause of it yet. Also, when use with Proxy, WebSocketServerPush does require extra configuration.

Hi Heng Sin, i have a customer with 200 workstations, for security we have a short time session, for each session now we have a log:

10:57:26.516-----------> ZkAtmosphereHandler.warn: Could not find session: /webui/zkau/comet;jsessionid=node0ut63u3s64pjtigmk8twr737x1.node0 [608]

That is killing my Server, is possible make configurable ?
