Info Window to maintain Support Roles
Proposal to create an info window that allows to maintain easily the access to support roles (on tenant) for support users (on system).
Noticed this info window had permissions assigned to GardenUser, checked and it was not implemented to take into account the table access level, fixed with changeset
Committed info window Support Users vs Roles
This window shows all support users vs all support roles and allows to Activate/Deactivate/Delete the assignation (AD_User_Roles) of these roles by selecting the records and clicking the corresponding button.
NOTE: it doesn't show System/SuperUser users as these are better managed carefully, and also it doesn't show System Admin role.
Recommended use case:
create one or more support users in System (users mean they need to have a password)
create a master role in System with the windows/processes/forms/... required for support
create support role in tenants - they need to be marked with type "System Support" and include the master role created above
then you can use the Info Window of this ticket for the intended purpose
