There can be an advantage on exporting the list value instead of the name when dealing with translations.

i can't find out old case where i get issue when import csv with reference column.

but i just discover new case
1. on Business Partner window choose a Language for Language filed
2. export to csv
3. change name to new Partner
4. import back with insert mode
get issue: <C_BPartner>: Error: java.lang.NumberFormatException: Character z is neither a decimal digit number decimal point nor "e" notation exponential mark.

patch

Just found that because of the changes on this ticket the columns EntityType and AD_Language are not being set when imported, they import with the default value

Created pull request https://github.com/idempiere/idempiere/pull/189

Test case is simply to import a record with an entity type different than "User Maintained" the default - when imported the record is created with the default instead of the value on the CSV file.
