Reports exported to Excel don't use Print Format Item -> Format Pattern

When exporting reports to xls, the system is not taking into consideration the Print Format Item -> Format Pattern to format the cells.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in as GardenWorld Admin

  2. Open Print Format = 'Trial Balance' record.

  3. Navigate to Print Format Item = 'Account Date'

  4. Change the Format Pattern to 'YYYY/MM/dd'

  5. Run the 'Trial Balance' Report

  6. Check that the date is correctly formatted

  7. Export the report to Excel

  8. Check that the date in the excel file is not formatted
