User roles can not use the Product Info button in the toolbar. This is when the access to the Info Window is configured in a master role that is inherited from the actual login role.

it looks in AD_InfoWindow_Access for the user role
seems like a bug as is not looking for inherited roles
A workaround is to configure that access right in the login role.
