Payment Selection Manual is not working

Description

When i use manual payment selection, I select the invoice, and I press the button to process and not generate the payment, no window displays asking if the check is correct to generate the payment

analyzed this, probably caused because of WPaySelect.generatePaySelect seems like the code to call the form 106 Payment Print/Export is broken and must be moved to a callback.
But this seeems minor as the workaround is to open the form.
