Traditional budgetary control systems has been passive and not dynamic. A fresh approach is to make one that is on-time, predictive and configurable:
The repository is updated to work with ADempiere361Final. Latest PDF v0.3 which explains the core engine classes in detail. The Budget360.jar code has also been refactored to remove all static fields that can hamper multi user instances. The exception messages are also created to assist any translation into local. The GenerateBudget has been lightly tested to be able to do everything it is set out to do. More info can be read from the PDF and forum link. More testing feedback appreciated to rule out any working bugs.
Updated Budget.PDF to v0.3 page 61 - 67 describing new code to handle Product Qty budgeting. Code pushed to bitbucket but not tested for jar deploy. http://sourceforge.net/projects/red1/files/p2/Budget/Budget.pdf/download
Conversion to iDempiere latest source done and committed to http://bitbucket.org/red1, working files to http://sourceforge.net/projects/red1/files/p2/Budget/ Budget.pdf is also final at v1.1 June 12st.
