Improve translation for custom tables

Actually the translation xml files are managed using IDs - which makes those transactions useless to share custom or extension tables.

So, it becomes important to improve the way to share translation for extensions:

1 - it can be expanding 2pack to manage translations

2 - or changing the xml files to manage UUID for IDs>=1000000

or both
