Allow Translation Import from webui

Description

Actually you cannot import translation into webui directly, you need first to upload files to a specific folder and then use "Translation Import/Export".

This ticket is to explore the option of allowing to import a zip file with the XML translations.

Implemented this feature.

The zip file must have directly the xml ending in _language.xml suffix (i.e. AD_Field_Trl_es_CO.xml) with no folders.
