BOM quantity is not show Unit of measure

Description

When you define a BOM product, and you begin to put products in the list of matrials, do you not have how put the Unit of mesure of the product, it can be unit, or box, or six pack, or any.

This can be easily solved with a Quick Info showing the UOM - closing as Potential Idea

But, How many parts needs for complete a BOM, for example, I have the product "Cable" (For sale in meters), and this has a unit "Box" (Because I buy Boxes of cable), and 1 Box = 100 Meter Cable. How Can I make a BOM for a box of cable for do a Pack or offer?, or How Can I make other BOM but only 10 meters?

Is correct if I put 100 meters of cable for instead of a box of cable in the BOM, and in this way made my pack, but for the client or for grocer is not clear if I going to cut 100 meters of cable or if he has to take a hole box.

Realy it's no clear..

Hi, the BOM products dont have their units of measure displaying because you can right click and zoom into that product to get its details, and also for cases where that product is also a combination of other products (has its own list of BOM). It is better this way, since it doesnt limit the flexibility of what one can do at the BOM tab
