in Window Document Type: the Print Format dropdown list shows print formats from all clients

Expected behaviour: I'd assume that only the Print Formats from System and the currently active client should be available.

Environment

Client: Web
Idempiere Version: 6.2.0 qualifier
OS: Ubuntu 18

I am afraid the issue can't be reproduced in a fresh GardenWorld client because it involves at least two clients beeing present.
