iDempiere Monitor: Implement server and cache details for cluster node

Description

iDempiere Monitor enhancements:

  1. Page for cluster node info - system info, trace level, active sessions and server logs.

  2. Page for cache details.

I’m conducting some tests to see why this is happening, it seems maybe a wrong management of the cache - monitoring the CCacheMgt.m_instances variable

Thanks - nice addition.

The page for Cache Details doesn't look good after a few cache resets, it seems it keeps showing the cache line with zero size after refresh, and in some cases it looks duplicate:
