Make Requisition Line Model Order Line - Add UOM, QTY Ordered, Reference, Charge Fields

We updated the Requisition window to more closely model the Order. Changes include:

• Added UOM, QtyOrdered, etc... fields to allow for specifying the UOM on the Requisition Line.

• Added Charge field to Requisition Line.

• Added reference fields to Requisition header and line (Project, Campaign, User Defined, etc...)

• Update the Create PO from Requisition process accordingly.

I believe this changes needs to be in the core to make the Requisition process more of an iDempiere 1st class citizen.

I created the ticket to allow Deepak to engage the core team to support this effort.
